Omega Red Group launches ‘Grounded in Safety’ podcast

Omega Red GroupSouth Staffordshire Plc’s specialist earthing, lightning protection, surge protection and height safety business, has today launched its business podcast, ‘Grounded in Safety’.  

Managing Director, Nick Marshall, hosts the monthly podcast that explores critical compliance topics, featuring candid conversations and perspectives from industry experts. 

Every month, Nick will be joined by a featured guest to initiate thought provoking discussions, offering fresh insights and real-world perspectives on shaping safer, more compliant operations. 

Nick commented: “This podcast opens real conversations with industry experts, sharing insights, experiences and practical guidance to help raise standards across our sector. The primary goal of our podcast is to build a platform to inform, educate and inspire those working in power earthing, lightning protection and height safety services from design, installations, asset management through to repairs and everything else in between.”  

Kicking off the series, Nick welcomes Technical Compliance Manager Matthew Waldram, a lightning protection specialist, to explore the critical topic of lightning protection, how the industry has developed, changes in standards and why it matters.
