My role at Omega Red Group
As senior business development manager, I help clients stay compliant through our test and inspection services. I work closely with customers to understand their needs, solve problems, and make sure they get the right compliance support from our teams across lightning protection and height safety.
My background and experience
I’ve spent a decade in the lightning protection industry, having worked in technical and customer-focused roles, both in the office and on site.
This has given me a real passion for understanding client challenges and helping them navigate compliance with confidence.
Outside Omega, I’ve done all sorts – managing a mobile phone repair store, web design and teaching people to ride motorbikes as a qualified CBT instructor. I love all things tech, engines and problem-solving!

Fun fact
Family always comes first for me. I’m a proud dad of four and husband to one very patient wife. I’m a tech nerd with an unhealthy love for LEGO®, smart home gadgets and anything that makes a spreadsheet look beautiful.
I’m also a motorsport fan, especially Formula 1, and a former motorbike instructor who still loves two wheels, even if parenthood means the bikes are mostly on hold for now.
