My role at Omega Red Group
As special projects manager, I translate the technical aspects of our business into clear, practical solutions and deliver cost-effective, buildable outcomes for our customers. I act as the link between engineering detail and real-world delivery, making sure that what we design is not only technically sound, but also efficient, commercially viable, and fully aligned with customer needs.
My background and experience
I have 40 years’ experience in the steeplejack and lightning protection industry.
I started my career as a 16-year-old apprentice and worked through almost every role within the production side of the business from apprentice to fitter, supervisor and manager, before becoming head of operations and now, special projects manager.
