My role at Omega Red Group
I joined Omega Red Group in 2009 as a Repairs Supervisor and have progressed through several operational leadership roles, including Contracts Supervisor, Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager, before stepping into my current role as Regional Manager.
My background and experience
Throughout my career with Omega Red Group, I have gained extensive experience in managing teams, delivering operational excellence and supporting business growth across multiple areas of the organisation.
Prior to joining the business, I built extensive experience across the electrical and telecommunications sectors, working in roles ranging from Telecommunications Technician and Engineer through to Director-level positions. This diverse background has provided me with a strong understanding of both frontline operations and strategic business management.

I bring a practical, people-focused approach to leadership, combining hands-on industry experience with a strong commitment to developing high-performing teams. By fostering collaboration, driving operational efficiency and maintaining a customer-first mindset, I help ensure our branches deliver outstanding results for both clients and colleagues.
Fun fact
Outside of work, I’m a keen musician and have been playing in a rock band since I was 17 years old. We still reunite from time to time to perform at weddings and other special occasions.
